Privacy policy

This policy explains what Target Market Atlas, published by Grand Roma LLC of Grand Rapids, Michigan, collects when you visit targetmarketatlas.com or buy a report, why we collect it, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a report and get it to you, we do not sell data, and we do not run ad tracking.

What we collect

• Email address. Collected at checkout so we can send the access email and find your purchase if you need support.
• Purchase record. The report purchased, the amount, the date, and the Stripe checkout and payment identifiers. Not card numbers. We never see or store those.
• Access token. The unguessable token in your access link, stored alongside the purchase so the link can open your report.
• Server logs. Cloudflare serves the site and may log requests, including IP address, browser user agent, and the URL requested, for security and operations.

We do not collect names, postal addresses, or phone numbers unless you include them in an email to us. Browsing the free parts of the site collects nothing beyond server logs.

Why we collect it

• To deliver the report you bought.
• To send the access email with your link.
• To support you: recover a link, process a refund, or answer a data correction.
• To keep the site secure and detect abuse of access links.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing lists. We will not email you except in connection with your purchase or a message you sent us.

Who processes it

• Stripe processes payment. Stripe receives your card details and email address directly. We receive confirmation and identifiers, never the card number.
• Resend sends the access email. It receives your email address and the access link for that purpose.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, serves requests, and stores purchase and entitlement records in Cloudflare D1. Request logs live there too.

These are processors acting on our instructions, and each has its own privacy policy governing its handling of the data it receives. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.

No tracking

The site has no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, and no social media embeds. We do not track you across other sites.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and bot management, such as the ones behind its challenge pages. Those are described in Cloudflare's documentation, and we do not use them for tracking.

Retention

Purchase and entitlement records, including the email address and the access token, are kept indefinitely. The access link is permanent, and keeping the record is what makes it permanent. Server logs are retained under Cloudflare's standard retention periods. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for support.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email reports@targetmarketatlas.com from the address you used at checkout. We reply within two business days.

Deleting your purchase record also deletes the entitlement behind your access link, so the link stops working. We will confirm that with you before deleting anything. We may keep a minimal record of the transaction where tax or accounting rules require it.

Changes are posted on this page with the date they take effect, shown at the top.
