Refund policy

Preview before you buy

Every report has a free preview: the overview, the tier map, and the company count at each tier. The pricing page lists exactly what each purchase includes. Please use the preview to decide whether a report fits your market before you buy.

All sales are final

Reports are data products, delivered in full the moment payment clears. Your access link opens the complete company roster, application matrix and buyer landscape right away, and that content cannot be returned. For that reason all purchases are final, and we do not refund for a change of mind.

When we do refund

We refund in full when the problem is on our side:

• You were charged more than once for the same report or pass.
• Your access link never worked, and we could not fix it within two business days of your email.
• The report you received is materially different from what its preview and product page describe, such as the wrong industry or material, or a section that is missing.

Email reports@targetmarketatlas.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. If we can fix it, we fix it. If we cannot, we refund and revoke the access link.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Most refunds appear on a statement within five to ten business days, depending on the card issuer or bank. We never see or store card numbers, so we cannot refund to a different card or account.

Passes

A pass runs twelve months from the day of purchase and includes reports published during those twelve months. When the term ends the link stops opening reports. A pass is not refunded, in whole or in part, because its term has run out, and there is no automatic renewal to cancel.

Chargebacks

You agree to this policy at checkout. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually fix a problem within days, while a chargeback can take weeks to resolve, and the access link is revoked while a dispute is open.

Purchases before September 28, 2026

Purchases made before this policy took effect keep the seven-day refund window that applied when they were made.
